I'm also not even sure if I'll be able to access the email that's associated with the account if I do know it. So is there anyway for me to change the email that's associated with the account? Thank you.

Yes I do know that email! Unfortunately, I have no way to access that email anymore because yahoo shut down all email that ends with (dot)cn
