this MSVCR120.dll file, i have download it, but i cant use it. why???? why can't i use it??? and what for???

Just download the c++ 2012 package, framework (the last one i don't remember), and i think your problem it's done and solved

You must place the .dll in the C:Windows\System32 or install a c++ package that has everything you need in it.
