As I requested above, I need a "totalitem.bsv file that can shoot everyone with nutella not just some people only. If can headshot from base, it will be better! Anyone can help me?

I suggest you look HERE for any updated/unpatched hacks/cheats that are available OR make your own totalitem bypass using THIS guide.
I am not begging for hack! I just wish that someone can help me cause i cant understand how to make my own totalitem bypass from the link u give @Smoke

Use nifskope edit your own nutella file man,and also use SecretPeople nutella without pink chams method to bypass GameGuard

Use ce to scan the address in the ScanCode.txt and replace that with pastecode.txt
