How can I view php of a site. The site basically ends in www.website.com/index.php so I can't actually see the full source. Someone was able to view the php of my site. I want to see the php source of this other site.

PHP is mainly server-side so chances are you won't be able to view someone else's source code unless they have extremely weak security.

How would I do it if the security was weak? I know mine was very very basic php, not much security.

Hm, that's weird.
You need to get something called "FirebugPHP"(search it on google) and you need to actually have the FTP username and password of the website you want to view the PHP source on.

Oh no no. it wasn't an actual site site. I was just messing around with php. To be honest I think he got in through the FTP. However, how did he even get to the FTP login page? I was using 2freehosting as the host. I know for sure my account login username and password is very secure (password is long). So how did he even get to my FTP login page?

That's something i don't know lol.
As it's extremely hard to gain access to a person's FTP(unless he knows your password somehow, i suggest you revise your password).

I didn't completely set up the FTP. I'm assuming my FTP user and pass were just defaults (like the password was password and username was username). Do you know how he got to the login page of my FTP though?

Use this format: "ftp://YourFtpUser:YourFtpUserPassword@yourdomain.com"
