K-Relay TP Delay Bypass

I`ve looked everywhere, cant seem to find where the code is for tp delay bypass.

I also have kronkboxer so I was wondering if @krazyshank could help me with this.

I believe it is all client sided, so you can just send the teleport packet whenever you want.
