i need help on my first mod

ok heres what i did

first i opeded original folder in rezxtract then i went to my desktop cause thats where i extracted it to and opened that folder. then i wen in and changed the names of the folders i wanted ( i was turning m16a3 into famas, so i named all he famas folders to m16a3) then i injected them back into the original guns_m_pv_ar folder. i then opened up combat arms and i didnt work!!

can you please tell me where i went wrong!!

When Injecting The Dtx Files Back In...It Will Make Another File Called TheNameOfRezFile.RezNEW

So You Must Remove The Original From The Game Folder And Rename The New RezFile's Name And Remove The NEW Part At The End

NOTE:By Changing The Dtx's You Will Most Likely Only Change The Skin...For CHanging The Guns FUlly Go And Edit The .ltb Files
