Suburu WRX

So is Subaru WRX a project car? Both 2015 and 2016 model. Is it a reasonable car to get for a person that just wants style and doesn't care about top to bottom details about car, and also doesn't have knowledge about car and car parts? Also what sports car do you guys recommend if this is not a good car for me. Price range, 20k to 30k

Sorry that car looks like trash. It's good for a company to show off their designs but I'd be embarrassed driving that around.

You have to be insane driving that around.

For that price range, why don't you get a better car?
For example, Supra, Evo MR, 370z, Skyline R32 or R33, etc.

If you want performance + easy modification, those would be really good options.
I'm assuming you're talking dollars, not a third-world country currency.
Yes, these cars will have to be used.
You want to modify them, so it shouldn't be a problem.

If you want to go balls out project car, get a 240sx, Lexus is300, or Eclipse, and put a shit ton of money into it.

Subaru is life dude. I love them so much

I'm honestly not into "show cars", mainly drifting and street racing, but i wouldn't get a WRX just to make it a show car. There is so much potential under the hood for them, that you would have to take it to a race track every week.

If you have 20 to 30k dollars for a car, and you want a car to mod, WRX and STIs are good.
Problem is, if you want to mod visual only, I'd suggest getting other car, like BMW, or Mercedes Benz, or Audi.
German cars look dope with a custom rim set, black hood with white paintjob, etc.. Or Lexus (early 2000s models).
