it wont works ! how to set HotKey ???

Use your number pad on the right side of your keypad.
** Note that though it may appear that your losing health, that is just the blood splat. The only way you can really get killed is if you jump off the map, or possibly get ran over by something, though I've been run over a few times and no problem. Will look for the blood splat address and add next.

Here JorWho, thanks for the trainer man but could u add that "no blood splat" because in some mission it's very annoying (u cant see anything and my screen keeps on vibrating

How do you use the numberic code thing?? iv tried but i still dont no and what do you launch it to?

Don't Work For Me?! Do you have to use like : Alt+Numeric or? Like alt+0165 = ¥

1) Launch trainer
2) Launch MW2 SP
3) Choose Campaign
4) Trainer "Launch" button should be "Greyed" out
5) When first campaign launches, press the numeric key "1"
6) If working, text for health should be "red"

**Troubleshooting**
Problem:
- Text doesn't stay red for Effect
ie: Health text is "black"
Solution: Are you using .172-.174 of MW2?
You did launch the trainer before MW2SP, right?

Problem:
- You click on Launch but your not sure what to do?
Solution: Either browse to the location of iw4sp ("x:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\iw4sp.exe")
OR
Launch MW2SP via steam interface
