Is there a program that does this? and how hard would it be to make one?

These kinds of things are called keygens. lel

Bruteforcing is not keygenning, saying that you wish to make a keygen means you know how the serial is being calculated, bruteforcing just keeps on trying different serials until it finds the right one.

As the guy above me said bruteforcing is a type of keygenning, but keygenning or serialfishing is not the same. A true programmer reverses the application to find out how it calculates the key and then uses the same process on a keygen to quickly find out a correct key. Search out for keygenme apps.

Keygen can't take a list of keys and entering each one, brute forcing does...
