How i can Avoid AVS AMAZON

Ok guys, so I'm from Dominican Republic and lately I'm having a hard time when I create an Amazon Account.

Ok the thing is when I tried to place an order on a Fresh Amazon Account and New Card for a high amount 800 to 1400usd I get the account closed and I need to send Billing Info and Card Statement. So Ill like to know how I can avoid this or if there are payment option where I bypass their AVS, If you can help me on this I will be happiest man alive

The thing about it is that ok, you can refund it but u wont be able to use the Gift Card on other amazon Accs

I know how to send money from 1 amazon account to another. Amazon.com ships to a lot of places. Try seeing if you can place the order through there and then having someone refund it. Make sure its Sold OR fulfilled by Amazon themselves. Good luck

They flag fresh Amazon Accs with large orders, do small orders of $1 or something for 1-2 months and then refund big.

To get orders in, first place an order or two for values of £20-£30. Then do the higher items after, I paid using Entropay VCC and I know every time I try making a high value payment straight away, they block it and ask me to verify my details which obviously I can't do since it's a VCC

I know someone proposing buy4u services, he creates a fresh account one each new order but he doesnt need to purchase small orders before. I dont know hes secret :/

Good of you to mention this. Do you or anyone else know the right way to go about opening a fresh account at the same address where you get a CIS warning?
