Though the method doesn't seem too difficult, messing up could hurt in the long run. Take your time with this method, and as it states in the .PDF you'll be just fine. Just follow the instructions.

I can't say I haven't heard of it before but it's definitely not saturated. There's not much to lose from buying it, like I stated under the pricing category.
