Need a mod that lets me spawn and save the dukes

So basically i need a mod that lets me spawn and save cars like the dukes and marshall, also it would be nice not getting banned for it.
If you now of any mod that does this fairly safe, please reply

You cant

You need to come from ps3 or xbox 360 to do this

You can spawn the duke o death online via n00beits mod menu. But you cant save them to your garage.
