My refund said it was being processed 2-3 days ago and I thought nothing of it. After the 2-3 days i check and then call them up. They tell me no refund was ever processed. I got another rep to process it. I went to the link the rep gave me to check the refund. Nothing popped up in the order details like all my other refunds. This is really frustrating me. If you can help add me on skype
