My refund said it was being processed 2-3 days ago and I thought nothing of it. After the 2-3 days i check and then call them up. They tell me no refund was ever processed. I got another rep to process it. I went to the link the rep gave me to check the refund. Nothing popped up in the order details like all my other refunds. This is really frustrating me.
