Suggestion for hacks

This is not a request of hacks , but

Instead of releasing one dll/exe and use it what about ,giving us the tool
one quick TUT and we finish our self "the hack you made"

So in one simple idea , Whoever made the hack , but want to make a non abused public hack , can just give us in multiple part where , "our brain will be used" comment my idea

i can try to say again my idea , if my english wasnt correct enought

That would be worst than releasing a public hack

Well, unless you know hours worth of C++ and Vb training then I guess I could waste a few hours on a tutorial.
