Amazon
Hello everyone. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but every time I try to make a new account to order anything with an Entropay VCC, I get the following email from Amazon:
Hello,
We have placed a hold on your account because the billing details for your card did not match the details on file with the card issuer. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your information.
You can help us resolve this issue by replying to this message with the billing name, address, and phone number registered to your card. Please reply from the email address registered to your Amazon.com account.
If you have recently moved, you may need to update your information with the card issuer before you reply to this message.
For your security, we restrict access to your billing details to a team of account specialists. Our Customer Service team cannot access these details or provide you with more information on this issue. They can only verify that we sent this request.
We ask that you not open new accounts as any order you place may be delayed.
Sincerely,
Amazon.com

For further information, the first email they sent me was this. I just put a random address nearby me as the billing address for the card, and revalidated that address to them. Then, they sent me that email saying they closed my account due to the billing details for my card not matching the details on file with the card issuer. But it lead me to further questions, because how would they know what the billing address for my entropay card is anyway? I mean, I did signed u for Entropay because they keep their customer's billing addresses and private details a secret.
Here's the email of the ban:
Greetings from Amazon.com.
This message is to inform you that we have closed your Amazon.com account.
We have taken this action because we found this account to be related to previously closed accounts. In addition, all open orders have been cancelled.
We are unable to discuss other accounts with you but please contact us should you have any other questions; we'd be glad to assist you.
Sincerely,
Account Specialist

The VCC I used for that amazon account is from Entropay, and since Amazon said it was the billing address that was associated with the VCC that resulted my ban, I contacted Entropay about the issue since, correct me if I am wrong, Entropay does NOT supply a billing address for new VCCs. They sent me this:
I apologise for the inconvenience, however our virtual cards cannot be associated with a billing address and do not support AVS (Address Verification System)
Should you require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

I hope Entropay is right, because somehow Amazon bans my new accounts just because they don't like the VCC's billing address.
The weirder thing is, the billing address that I used for my new amazon account is just somewhere from around my town. No matter what billing address I put on my amazon account, they still ban me for the VCC associated with the account.
I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong. Could anyone help? Because I want to buy things from amazon for Christmas gifts for loved ones, and Christmas is soon. Any suggestions or ideas? Maybe I'm missing a step here... I know it's not the IP address that's the issue here, since I am using HMA Pro... It must be something from Entropay, but apparently they denied that they give any information out. Really not sure what to do next.
