Update this!

Can someone update this, and explain why it isnt working.

There is no way to fix it.
Rockstar patched it, we simply cant get the Returning Player DLC by editing config files anymore.

So, there is no way now?, that sucks.. cause i had the dlc cars already, then reinstalled gta and now its gone
