75 in tv amazon

Hey I have a TV I ordered and it came with a different shipperThey brought it up and started it to see if it worked and took a picture... can it still be done? It's under my mom's name for shipping and billing is under my bosses name if that helps, willing to pay 15% if possible please

Nope, this refund is not possible.

Because of the fact that they made sure it worked and took a picture that it's there, the only refund is that if it fails under the warranty. That means you actually do need to ship in the TV for the refund. This is like buying a car and then saying you want a refund without returning a car.

Why did u let them take it out of the box? Should've said no u will do so later on.

I was going to say the same thing, plus shaving strangers in my house and taking pictures. I would had told them to GTFO before they took a pic
