Solvedip/hwid ban?

ip/hwid ban?
hey everybody I had ad account got banned form hacking so I sign into another account and then that one gets banned when I did nothing on that one, so whats the deal? what is be banning? your ip or hwid, can some one teach me a method to bypass this?

im pretty sure its a ip ban, not hwid.. just restart your router next time

It's possible you still had a detected driver loaded when you switched accounts, always restart your computer before switching to a new account.
