Hi so I bought an item from amazon.com. ship n sold by Amazon. I am trying get to get a ddiscount for this purchase. . .. I got the item ytd. But have problem finding a service provider who answer questions. Finally some 1 replied me. So I gave him the details ytd and he says that it's under investigation for 48 hours. But I didn't get any email from amazon. And the status still shows delivered ytd. Is this normal?
