Freeze. Must be some slightly stupid kiddo. Let's call the kid "noob".

So "noob" is really frustrated because everyone in GTAV is either better than he is or uses "hacks" to gain unfair advantages over him. Like hitting from distances greater than 1m. What will "noob" do? Get some hacks themselves. And since almost all of today's mod menus support freezing players, "noob" thinks he needs to take revenge on those who're better than he is and uses the function. And since "noob" is a pro-hacker now, he will spawn a few thousand npc on your head and likely succeed to bring you down because R* didn't think of fixing the bug that crashes the whole damn game engine.

Let's see how long it goes until R* finds a way to block each and every mod available and ban us for using FOV.

Play in private sessions with your friends. If you dont have friends find some.

Temporary solution that became somewhat permanent for me.

GTA PC can now rename the Cheaters Pool. Honest players almost gone. It is foolish to maintain honesty when all cheat.

Online>Invite only session = Profit?

I know that feel bro. I too was playing genuinely till when modders crashed me a lot times. I'm currently playing CS:GO, Battlefield 4 with my friends and other players. But, nothing is as interesting as playing GTA online. But a pity, GTA online is no more exciting to play. Every single session has got its own modders and cheaters. I didn't make any offense regarding them . I say that the person can play with mods without disturbing others. But, it doesn't happen LOL.

In a session with full of cheaters, you can't play genuine game. If you do so , then you are f**ked up.

R* must be working on it with the forthcoming updates in future. Till then enjoy the game with your friends or known players. This is the only possible way to enjoy the real game .
