OutdatedVAC Authentication Error Fixer

Not sure if this has already been posted, but there's been quite a few of you who have asked for help on how to fix the error in question. Anyway, I was told by @Hunter to post the actual download here, so here it is guys.

This is the fix for the VAC Authentication Error as shown below - (use it if you get something like this):

Also worth mentioning, raging in casuals can trigger this.

Been using this for quite some time now, thing is, Valve has implemented some new triggers for this, including powershell protection (i believe). I'm using Ev0's hax for some weeks now but ever since after the update a couple of days ago, I get this error. Thing is, I keep getting the error while playing comp and even after using the VACAF + restarting PC + trying to reconnect after all this without the hack, I get the error... Any ideas on this?

Can we use this if we got a VAC Ban? or Perma. Untrusted?
