ummm, please dont not call me dumb or anything but i have no idea what to do with source code i have a compiler and visual studios but i do not know if i need that. im new to cheating and not very good so plz help

With the source code you can create a cheat. Do you know C++?

there is a .sln file . open it and click build

learn, at least SOME c++, then maybe you'll understand, why would you ask them, and expect them to walk you through all of it.
