are vantage point and OPK same thing?

Sniper Vantage Point: Your out of the map and all of the other team are all in one line, So basically easy ownage
OPK: One position Kill, You stand still and own all

Am I the only one getting an error message saying: "Could not find the dll" (when I launch the injector) , even though I extracted both files? =/

EDIT: Forgot to rename the injector to simply mpgh. That should do it.
