So a randon guy added a friend of mine on skype didn't downloaded anything from him and he got hacked what does he need to do ?

Hacked meaning his Skype account was compromised? Contact Skype and prove it's his account or simply recover the password and change it.

When he tried to download anti virus the hacker sended him good boy
Call FBI and tell him what happened, they will send dispatch to the hacker's house and have him shot dead. Cyber crimes are not to be taken lightly.

And if his PC's OS hopefully is Windows 8 or 10. He can quite simply use the restore Windows Refresh feature. 1st one ↓
And if after still it appears his PC is compromised. He has to back up all his documents, files, pictures, music.. etc , (anything he doesn't want to lose) to an external USB stick/flash drive, memory card, or external HDD. EDIT: But no backing up any .exes, Applications, programs, softwares. just to be safe cos they might be alternated/infected.. And ye do the 2nd "Remove everything and reinstall Windows". ↤ ...That will most definitely remove all traces of the RAT/trojan infection from his PC.
He most likely downloaded a RAT of some sort. Run a Virus scan ; if that does nothing re install the OS.
I agree he would of had downloaded something. The most iv'e seen is when randos add someone on skype they get you're IP and ddos you slow down you're wifi other then that never heard of someone hacking a computer just from adding on skype. But it is POSSIBLE i "knew" a friend that was like all i need is his IP and i can hack his email and a bunch of other stuff
Looks like he needs to fresh install the OS.
Just put in a Windows OS disc, reinstall everything and he'll be fine.
