Downgrading

Hello!
Wanted to ask is downgrading to older versions still possible? Like downgrade from the new 1.31 to 1.24 or something around 1.2 versions and then spawn some money change ranks and so on from the old mods?
If it's possible do I need to change the whole GTA directory(all files) or I can just simply do the old run game, crash it, change the GTA.exe, press retry and mod what ever I want?

I see you know how to downgrade with closing the game down and leave the launcher open.

But no you cannot get to this game version you asking. You can go 1.31 > 1.30, and use mods and for that you only need update.rpf and GTA5.exe changing
