So you want your normal hands ingame to look like decklands hands? Or u want other people to look like deckland.

if you change you character to deckland everybody else will be deckland... for example if oyu mod the mei characters to deckland all the meis in the game will look like decklands

Pretty sure he wanted it to be like all the stats and crap.

or maybe the hands? i used to have deckland b4 i got banneed but yea deckland isnt that great...
