Head level GUI

Can anybody make a program, that just shows head level? I only have used ESP, and i play really fishy, so can you magic wizards make a program that shows the head level as an overlay.

+ Radu97. Head level changes with altitude and target distance. The only thing i can imagine is calculating the distance to focused object\wall and show head level for that distance and current altitude (the altitude your model is standing). But this feature will be very nice.
