question about sound effect mod

heyy i was editing the headshot file and i made it say head shot but it sounds different... once i went in game it doesnt say anything not even head shot.....
i hex edited it.

i took my new files hex and switched it with the file i wanted to mod.... and ideas?

Wrong file type, might not have injected properly, might not have saved properly.. I dunno. ;s

i dont hex edit, i just rename shit, or make my own sounds

i think i know whats wrong when i played the mp3 is has a split second pause then it says headshot.. that might be the problem
