Buying a phone, I can buy the phone from amazon but it is supplied by the actual brand of the phone, rather than from amazon, which if i'm not mistaken makes it impossible to refund from amazon. If this isn't the case please tell me, if it is the case then I need a carphone warehouse refund. The phone is roughly £150, and I live the in the UK.
