Ban Offline?!?!?!?
hi guys i have a question...yesterday night i played at gta offline using some mods and after i get ban for 1 months for the online mode...how is possible? if i play offline with mod i get ban online...for me is strange and incorrect...what you think about it or can you explain me why is happened

Mods are not allowed on online. R* checks your root directory for changes. If it detects mods your screwed. Make a appeal and you should be fine (post some evidence)

No, R* do not check install directory

It has been reported using some single player mods, Like LSPDFR had some reports that very rarely people got banned for using it (Its a offline mod). I'd just make a support ticket explaining that and they should lift the ban if you are being honest. It could also be a flag from a bit ago if you ever used a mod online. Always a good idea to make a support ticket to see what is going on.
