Where do you extract the directx user runtime?
Also, do you extract the actual .rar files or leave them as they are?

Sorry for not seeing this sooner but it doesn't matter where you extract it, but when you do you go into the folder and look for an application called DXSETUP and click that, then it takes you to an install wizard. Thank me if I helped =)
