I need help finding Cheat Engine, because no matter where i look i never can! if someone can post the link to a tutorial video about what it does and also a link to download it, that would be much appreciated8

A single two word google: 'Cheat Engine' gets you directly to the Cheat Engine homepage where you can download it.
