Does the IMEI number get blocked after a refund/replacement/DD? OR will I be able to use the phone without any issues?

I know that for a refund you only need the order to be fulfilled by Amazon but not sold. While a replacement/DD requires that the item is both sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com.

Can anyone guarantee the refund/replacemnet/ DD?

I recently failed a refund for an old order.

However, I have a good order history (14 item dating back to late 2012).

Can someone guarantee this? If not I'd rather buy it straight from Google since it'll be probably be cheaper that way.
