You realise all those 3 screenshots u provided are fails right? They don't contact you if they send to another department, means you fucked up

I was feeling confused about this also, on chat you should get the confirmation id.

Yeah and since like 48 hours they are either cancelling a lot of confirmations or in best case they send you to warranty department. They should give an answer, this team actually determinates if the product is under warranty or not after they collected your information (like invoice, problem, etc.)

I personally contacted them and they said it can take more cause it's the holiday season. They had to give an answer after 24-48 hours of being at warranty department.

Fitbit is getting more saturated each day. 6 months fitbit was ok, then boom everyone wanted to social engineer them. The line in queue is getting up to 250 in weekends evenings and like 230 of them are Social Engineering.
