Multi boxing accounts with rare 70-70's are going to be nearly impossible to find, because multi boxing accounts generally require a unnamed account unless you want to get banned after 3 days of multi boxing. And getting to 70-70 without spending any money (which you generally can't do on unnamed) is very time consuming, and not worth it to sell at MPGH prices. You also cannot get vault space and characters on multi boxing accounts because unnamed accounts cannot spend money.
Unless your willing to spend a fortune, you really need to lower your expectations. If you have a priest in your multi boxing group, even without tops, you will be easily fine for general multi boxing. So I would recommend going onto a thread that sells multi boxing accounts, or edit your current one. Even the worst of multi boxing characters are surprisingly good in groups like you would in multi boxing.
