Map making with Crazy599 Source

I have been trying to make a map with Crazy599's most recent source code. I created the .jm file using the editor, and have saved it into my server's root folder (The same as "World Converter). I then ran world converter and got the error
"'Json2wmapConv\bin\Debug' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
'Json2wmapConv\bin\Debug\Json2wmapConv' is not recognized as an internal or exte
rnal command,
operable program or batch file."
AFter reading the error code, I searched in that folder and found no converter file. Does anyone have any idea how to convert without it?
