As I recall Amazon themselves don't sell iPhones meaning it's fulfilled. After $500 .ca tends to ask for a police report, but it's hit and miss.

People need to know it's never 100% successful when it's come to X amount of refunds.

And Derryman, I would only tell him to go to paradise for a .ca refund especially after $500 since they tend to love police reports. Unlike .com/.co.uk it's not a direct thing. Also, if he doesn't care of his account being blacklisted at a point in time yes you can do refunds side by side.
