[Fabiano] Errors when building. Unable to build.

I am familiar with working with private servers. I had experience with trapped's source and club's source.
With the news of a prod source I decided to download Fabiano's
I followed tutorials like http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=959037
However, I do not have the executables because microsoft vs won't build with errors.
Do I need to import some extension into Microsoft vs?
I downloaded the source off of Fabiano's github https://github.com/ossimc82/fabiano-swagger-of-doom
Is there any other place else where I can the source?
