Max refunds on amazon

I have an amazon account with a lot of gift card credit.

I can get

as many legit purchases as needed
as much more gift card credit needed

What is the max amount of refunds possible on a fresh amazon account using gift card credit?

Is empty box, battery leakage, not arrival the safest?

I've done refunds on small accounts, and know about the flagging system a bit.

Depends really. You should mix 2-4 orders for ever refund and making the refund order the average of the legit buys. if you have giftcard credit, you may aswell just do 2-4 refunds for every account.
