Gamepad Exploit / Emulation

Hello.

Im using my ps3 gamepad on PC. Aim assist is like a free build in no risk mini hack (well its just a littl advantage).

Is there any way to emulate (or use a gamepad) so the RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON simulates the LB2 Button (aim downsight) on gamepad?


(right now im moving and looking donw sight with gamepad but aiming with mouse...wich is stressfull...)

I'm searching a solution for a lot of time. Actually i'm trying to use glovepie and ppjoy but the result is not like assisted aim on joystick
