I just bought an LG G4 and wondering if a case and screen protector really useful.

What phone you currently have, screen protector Y/N, what type of case

Screen : not yet

Case: Silicone Case - Charcoal Gray
Screen: Tech21 Impact Shield Screen Protector with Anti-Glare

I got a G3, haven't dropped it so I don't see the need for a case or screen protector. It's fallen out of my pocket like 3 times but its been like a 1-2 foot drop so it's been fine.

Iphone 6 plus
case: irrelevant
screen: fucking broken, now my phone has weird lines going thru it and it goes bright and dark at random times, idk how to fix it

i heard screens are made tough now (other than iphones), not sure if its worth spending like 50$ to get a tempered glass one

I forgot the name but there was this screen you could buy that literally wouldn't break ,even if you drilled it with a diamond tip or w/e, maybe i guess from some variant of graphite/ene

G4 is pretty durable especially with a leather backing, I don't think you'd really need a case or screen protector.

Screen: tempered glass

At first when I got the Note 4 I didn't have any protection. I was getting out of my car like 5 weeks into having it, dropped it, cracked it so bad the screen went black and the fix was $240. Definitely would advise getting protection as it's worth it in the end.
