You shouldn't be downloading an IDE untill you decided which language you want to work in.

First of all:
Buy a programming book (Not a language book), if you buy a book on C++ it only
shows you the syntax of a while/for loop, whilst a programming books shows you HOW and WHAT
to use one for.

C++ kit Includes everthing needed for compiling C++ programs.
C# kit Includes everything needed for compiling C# programs.
And on and on it goes.
