HelpWorking Fabiano Event Spawner?

Hey everyone, I am currently looking for an Event Spawner working for Fabiano Source. I have looked at the tutorial section and found a few but they don't seem to work. They just seem to be copy and pasted from the Seraph's Source. I have tried those event spawners and they just don't work. If someone could give me a working one that would be great. Well appreciated, thank you all!

1) They are not pasted from Seraph's Dominion source?
2) Why don't you make your own? It can't be hard, really....
3) I would make it you but my pc is a potato right now so I cannot do much.
