Well my problem with these, are:
1: The text does not fit in at all, blue is a bad color and the stroke makes it look cartoon-ish.
2: The background looks leeched.
3: The compilation is kind of weird and just thrown together.

I would choose the second one. But they don't look pretty though...

None of those. All good, if you're a beginner, it's a way to go, keep improving, check out some tutorials.
First one, second one you can't tell what is behind.
bottom one, looks way more professional and not so childish
The background is a little distracting, so I'd rather the blurred one I guess
Meh I do t really like this one, background is meh and doesn't match the font but I was just testing the blurring function so I guess it worked alright.
