Oversharpened everywhere. But, the first picture, it bugs me a bit the light on his face, it's too bright IMO.
If you fix that, and the sharpened, it would rock a solid 10/10.
Second pic basically only has the pixelated edges problem, like in the first pic.

Everything is too sharp even tho I didn't sharpen anything lol
