Hi, im a new user here so bear with me ya. I've been trying to make purchases on hearthstone on google play and then refund them but for some reason i keep getting the 'order was declined because it was considered high risk' thing, even with a new account and trying both my cards. Hence, i need someone to login to my hearthstone acc, purchase some packs (120) and refund them, of which i will pay 12% of the total cost as a fee.
