Garry's Mod Fake Player Module Developer

What I need done >

I'm looking for someone that is able to create a module to add fake players to a garry's mod server (I'm not talking about generic bots, but "bots" that can inflate the player count). I've seen that already. I searched around and could only find some old sourcemod plugins(Real Fake) that used to work for other source engine games.
So, I'm looking for someone that could do that.
