They have the same title, but two different reasons: One is permanent(usually, unless the scam is resolved) and the post-ban is a set duration(to my knowledge).

A ban is a ban if its for scamming or disrespecting someone which leads to a perm ban it should stay like that
but like you said a post ban could use another tag like POST BAN
example:
it still says its a Ban but then for a post count achievement thats why the ribbon is included to make it a achievement
