Malfunctioning Microphone
Ordered a new PC, got it around december the 7th.
There's one issue that's nagging at me, I'll explain it in as much detail as possible.
I can use my headset fine, I can listen to videos and hear the audio.
What I cannot do is use my microphone. I tried plugging it into the rear jack and nothing, I can still hear but no microphone.
I've tried the front jacks and again to no avail, the sound is fine but it doesn't seem to be able to register my microphone.

I've also got a Razer Blackwidow Chroma, and when I plug the correct keyboard jacks so I can plug my headset in through the keyboard its the same issue: It doesn't seem to be able to read that I've got a microphone.

I suspect a faulty sound card?
I've tried multiple headsets too.
