Does anyone know if or if not that there is a file that controls the speed on how fast a gun or anything go?
I know that there is because corndog super knife (Kurki) Said that he change the ANIBASE of the machine gun with the kurki.

That makes no sense. And, no I don't. Only stupid question threads that did not even need to be made, like this one. There is no file that changes RoF itself other than weapons.txt in Attributes.rez. Stop being such a noob, I've said this to you personally about 5 times now.

no one actually have "cracked" attributes and what corndog did was just replaced the hex of the knife to a minigun...
